NTA Jos, established 1974 as Benue- Plateau Television corporation (BPTV) based in Jos was the first TV station in Nigeria to launch a coloured Television broadcasting in the whole of West Africa, also the first to launch Digital broadcasting in Nigeria, has remained the sole voice of Nigerians and the people of plateau state for many years with an authentic source of information.
