...BATENEGI AT PARLIAMENT is a social movement that aims to inform and educate the public on issues of PARLIAMENT, GOVERNANCE and Participatory DEMOCRACY. This is made possible through mainstream media (Print, Radio and TV), Digital Media, Workshops, Panel Discussions, Seminars and other community outreach programs. The is also an annual Civic Education constituency tour which initiate social dialogue on the socio-economic challenges and opportunities of our communities and possible policy intervention thereof. The initiative does not have sponsors and depend on donations from well-wishers and partnerships from relevant stakeholders. It was founded by leading parliamentary and political journalist, OAGENG BATENEGI who has over 12 years in the media industry including Print, Radio, TV and now a reputable Digital Content Creator on socio-economic, political, conservation and community development. Batenegi is also a Travel Enthusiastic, Event Manager and Social Entrepreneur.
