I restore old Honda GL500's GL650's CX500's 650's and Turbo’s. I’m a retired Master Mechanic and have owned and worked on these bikes since 1978. I have always loved these bikes and thought they were way ahead of their time since I bought my first new 1982 GL500. I’ve learned a lot of tricks to improve things on these bikes and I do all these things when I do my restorations. I try to build the closest thing to a new bike. I always ride them as much as I can and never turn them loose before they’re ready. I also build custom bikes and Cafe racers out of these bikes but I never cut up a bike that can be restored. I take a lot of pride in what I do and get a lot of satisfaction out of them when they’re finished. I’ve made many friends doing this and will continue to do it as long as my health holds out.
