Dear all Kanishk Kitchen was started because I have a daughter who loves food. Due to her constant persuasion and encouragement this channel has been started. I genuinely hope that I will be adding a small flavour to your food through this virtual cooking of mine. I'm trying to bring traditional as well as modern healthy & tasty food which was handed down by my mother, grandmothers, as well as from many other women / men from whom I have been learning in the due course.
As the saying goes “No one is born a great cook, one LEARNS by doing” ~ Julia Child, I honestly believe that this experience will make me if not great but a better cook.
