If you look at running content on social media and can't relate, or you want to start running but find it too intimidating, you're in the right place. My name is Erin Azar, and I started running a few years ago after having my third baby and now rely on running as part of my physical and mental health toolkit. I knew nothing when I started running and felt so isolated! After my searches for running content I could relate to came up empty, I started filming my progress and struggles from day 1.
