Hi,
I’m Rob. An amateur pizzaiola based in London, England.
I have been making and cooking pizzas from scratch since Aug’20. Initially cooking in my home oven, then using an Ooni Koda 12 for 12 months before switching to a wood fired Alfa One for 3yrs.
Since Aug’24 I’m using a duel fuel Gozney Dome.
As of Sept’25 I’m part of #TeamGozney @gozney Collective.
I tend to focus on Neapolitan pizza style but am looking to broaden out into other styles. The results aren’t always as I’d wish…..but either way I’m loving learning a bit more with each cook.
I’ll try and make / upload videos when I can and I’m always happy to listen to feedback and try to answer any questions you may have.
