Keep in mind. If you keep your feelings and emotions bottled up inside forever, then eventually it will eat you up inside...

If you never talk to anyone then talk to yourself in front of a mirror.🤗 You could also right, draw, do a poem, a song etc. about your feelings, even if it is just a stupid word or one sentence. If you never want the paper you wrote your feelings on or the poem or song then you could always rip it up.😊 But keep it in a little box or chest. Something you can keep close to you because they're still your feelings and you'll want to keep them close to you!💕

It's important to always talk, write, draw, etc. about your feelings. If you don't that'll be bad for your mental health!
