Hi .. Marhaba and welcome to my channel! This is where I put my love for cooking on a plate and share with the world.
I escape my daily computer desk job to the kitchen where I lose myself among the colorful vegetables, hop around the flavorful spices, and experiment with global cuisines. My strong suite is Middle Eastern / Arabic cuisine by credit to my Lebanese and Palestinian roots, but in my channel you'll see my attempts at every flavor profile because I simply like variety and like to keep life exciting like that :)
There is no right or wrong in cooking, yes there are basics that are good to know, but in the end my goal is to show you one way of cooking and help make your kitchen experience a bit more sane. Happy cooking
