Spetälska ("Leper" in Swedish) is a new, only months old post punk band from Umeå, Northern Sweden. As it is expected from a band coming from Sweden's hardcore capital, their music has a hint of agressiveness from its punk spirit.

More than that, Spetälska is the combination of the personalities of Fredrik "Wilke" Wilcek (formerly at the grindcore act Grid, and crust punk group Systemskifte), Luiz Freitas (ex-drummer for the post rock band Gray Strawberries), and the newstarter Agata Turwon.

Their 2021 Demo is entirely produced and recorded by the band itself. It includes two of their songs, showcasing the band impulsivity, rawness in a DIY, lo-fi sound.
