Bawdsey Radar
In 1937 Bawdsey became the world's first operational Radar station. The Grade II* listed Transmitter block is now being restored in a major £1.8m project that has attracted support from the Heritage Lottery Fund, Historic England and other partners.
Watch as this exciting project takes shape and transforms the building and opens a fantastic new visitor centre and exhibition space. Better still, subscribe and make sure you are kept up-to-date with everything that Bawdsey Radar Trust are doing!
