Our Eclectic Life
Aussie family, living in rural Victoria., on a third of an acre block. Trying to live as frugally as we can. Growing food, preserving food and a lot of “from scratch” cooking.
I have raised five children and used to live the busy life of trying to juggle full time work and raising a family. Now, a Grandma, a Carer for my elderly parents (Mum has Vascular Dementia and Dad is now in care with Alzheimer’s). My husband has type 1 diabetes and is an amputee.
Although my children are now all adults, I love when they come home and cook with me, enjoy our harvests and preserves. Home grown and home cooked, is always the best. Growing and cooking food for others, is a wonderful love language to share.
“An eclectic life - embracing a variety of interests, experiences, and ideas rather than adhering to a single, rigid path. It's about being open to diverse influences and making unique combinations’
