picofdel
PIC has a unique role in Delaware.
PIC provides information and support to parents of children with disabilities from birth to 26 to help them access appropriate education and related services for their children and is the only organization in the state charged by the US Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs. This is the foundation of our work, and one that we take very seriously.
