Founded by Liam-Elio and Paul-Nino Colabuono-McDonagh in September of 2024, CMD is a space for students to gain advice and prepare for early careers.

Made by students for students.

With both founders having multiple years of experience in their own personal fields of Consulting & Business alongside a combined near 3 years of representing 9 top UK graduate employers, our team using skills developed in their past experiences to inform, educate, and coach CMD students to assist them in creating career path they love.

We have a team of 5 in-house CMD members including our two founders, James Kirby is our content creator & editor, Milly Okuda is our Instagram manager, and Pouria Abadsafian is our Law careers coach!
