I recently started this channel to explore some of my skills and interests, and also create positive impact in viewers one way or the other.
I currently work in the Mental Health field and one of the things I learned is Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR), which helps to relax, reduce anxiety and stress, and sometimes helps to induce sleep when struggling with sleeplessness/insomnia.
It has a calming and fun-filled way of retaining the attention of people including persons with disability challenges like Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Austism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), etc.
