The capital of Ator is located in this state, namely: "Dragon Paradise City" The metropolis with beaches, palm trees and clubs, so everything your heart desires. This state has well-developed roads and allows almost unlimited speeds for vehicles on highways. The air traffic is densely populated by Dragons, Planes and other flying objects. The climate is quite tropical, reaching a maximum of 40°C (104°F) in summer and never getting colder than 20°C (68°F).
