I'm a 22-time Grand Champion from Regina, Saskatchewan. I've been cooking barbecue for over 20 years! I left my full time job in 2012 to sling ribs, brisket, and all things BBQ for a living. Our team and family has been fortunate enough to cook among the best in the world at the Jack, American Royal, in England, and in Australia. I'm passionate about cooking, and I'm passionate about teaching. Our BBQ School in Canada has seen over 2500 students go on to cook amazing food for their friends, family, and even win competitions of their own.
