Unlearn Yourself

Unlearn Yourself is a space where you stop pretending to be the person you think you should be.

We live in a world that teaches us to constantly prove ourselves: to be “successful,” “right,” “strong,” “interesting,” “useful.”
We wear a hundred masks called identity, status, role, opinion, fear, expectation.
But there comes a moment when all of that stops working.
When it gets tight inside. Loud. Hard to breathe.
When you realise you don’t know who you are without all of it.

This channel is for the people who’ve felt that.

There’s no pressure to strive here, no moralising, no promises of becoming a “better version” of yourself.
What’s offered is a return to what’s already alive within you.

We draw on the ideas of Alan Watts — a philosopher who didn’t treat life as a theory, but as a dance.
He spoke simply, clearly, honestly:
“You’re not separate from the world. You are its own wave.”

But understanding it isn’t enough.
You need to see it. Feel it. Allow yourself to be.
