I have started my own website documenting and doing demos of guitars, pedals and amplifiers. It may not be ultra slick and the playing may be noodly but I hope to give an impression of the sound of the equipment to let others get an idea about what it sounds like.
I try to record it well and I use:

Initially, my Sony Z2 and then a Pixel 3a (I have recently purchased a used Canon Powershot G7X MkII so will be using this from now on as it's so much better). The Pixel 3a in particular is a shockingly poor video device with noticeable compression artefacts.
I now just use my iPhone 15 as it's great and better than the Canon.
Sure SM57 and Rode NT1-A microphones going into a Presonus Studio 68C.
Presonus Studio One running in Windows.
Vegas Pro to edit.

Hope you like it. I have guitar demos and amp demos and nerdy pickup comparisons which I started because I couldn't watch a pickup demo that didn't include full on fuzztone effects. I wanted to hear the pickup not some guy's fuzzbox!
