菲律宾侨中学院民乐团 Philippine Cultural College Chinese Orchestra

Founded in 1963, the Philippine Cultural College Chinese Orchestra (PCCCO) is one of the Philippines' first Chinese orchestras. The orchestra was established by Mr. Huang Kainan.

After a year, various conductors led the orchestra including Gao Jiansheng, Su Zhixiang, Lin Kuangshi, Jun Zexian. The PCCCO was reorganized in 2003 and was led by the late conductor Wang Yiqin and Tang Liang Zhou until 2014.

At present, the PCCCO is composed of around 30 musicians and has performed in all major concert venues in the Metro.

PCC Chinese Orchestra has been aiming to promote Chinese music and culture in the Philippine society and the world.

PCCCO's mission is to promote and cherish the culture, customs, and traditions as both Chinese and Filipinos. We have strong and dedicated members that brought our people together in our organization.
