N1 Education And Training Founded by Kassem Hanson
Founded by Kassem Hanson, N1 is symbolic for taking an approach of N of 1. While traditional education models provide you with general information that applies to noone. An N of 1 approach looks at the specifics to an individual so you can program for anyone. Everyone comes with their unique genetics, goals, training & diet history, and a whole host of lifestyle and environmental factors that make their needs truly unique.
The N1 Difference
No one is truly average, and neither should their training and nutrition be. The key to always making progress is to make sure you are doing the right things at the right time for the individual. There is a best training program, nutrition strategy, and supplement protocol. However what that is, is unique to each individual, and will change for them over time. We are often fooled into believing that there is a superior way or training, dieting, or supplement protocol that applies to everyone all the time.
