Hello beautiful people! I'm Alexis and I'm a certified yoga instructor with a passion for bringing the physical and mental benefits of yoga to people of all ages and skill levels. With over 3 years of experience, I have a deep understanding of the practice and the transformative impact it can have on individuals.

In my classes, students can expect a balance of physical challenge and relaxation, with a focus on proper alignment and breathing techniques. I offer a variety of styles including hatha, vinyasa, power, yin, slow flow, and I'm skilled in adapting each class to meet the needs of students.

In addition to physical yoga, I'm also trained in meditation and incorporates mindfulness techniques into each class to help students find inner peace and calm. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a beginner, I will guide you on your journey towards physical and mental wellness.
