Oro Integrated Cooperative live by its vision to be a leading and dynamic cooperative focused on the needs and aspirations of the members. Its mission is to help improve the quality of the members and communities.

Oro Integrated Cooperative was conceived by Atty. Mordino “Mordz” Cua. To make this dream a reality, he banded together 27 individuals and with a modest startup capital of 88 Pesos, formed Oro Credit Union on March 5, 1966.

The name was changed to Oro Integrated Cooperative in 1991. This was made possible by good governance, judicious management, and transparency. From 28 founders, OIC is now owned by more than 168,000 members distributed in 19 branches across Mindanao and Visayas.
