My favorite foods are many, but I particularly enjoy the aroma of Qorma (traditional meat curry with a variety of spices), spicy steam of Biryani (spicy and meaty rice) when you open the cauldron lid (an incredibly exhilarating moment for me), and our family's favorite Namkeen chai (salty tea with butter and milk). The list goes on and on….
