Judge Aaron J. Gauthier

Judge Aaron J. Gauthier is the Chief Judge of the 53rd Circuit Court of the State of Michigan, covering both Cheboygan and Presque Isle Counties.

The Circuit Court hears felony criminal cases, civil cases involving property or more than $25,000 in damages, divorce and family law cases, and appeals from the District Court or administrative agencies.
