Alona Nesterenko

My name is Alona. I'm a pianist from Dnipro, Ukraine.
I currently work as a teacher at the Children's Music School.
In my work, I am guided by modern teaching methods, selecting interesting and meaningful works for children: from classical to jazz.
Unfortunately, no one taught me how to play jazz, like many pianists. I don't live in a country where jazz music is a natural understanding of the performing style, but I try to improve my knowledge and skills.
Of course, the basis of musical education is classical thinking, based on classical material, but today's children are very different.
In addition to teaching, I also support talented children who are learning the flute and trumpet.
High-quality support for solo instruments is ultimately the basis for good performance and the content of the works.
I also have my own concert activities, where I perform various works both solo and duet.
