Our channel features full pilates workouts created for our local television show on Spectrum OC 16 based out of Honolulu, HI. In addition, we cover all aspects of health building from diet, rest, exercises, sunning, stress reduction, to supplementation.
Our mission is to help you eliminate your joint pain without drugs or surgery so you can live a full and wonderful life doing all of the things you want to do. We do not care what state of health you are currently in, together we can identify the underlying triggers, misalignments, toxins, and lifestyle practices that are creating your pain.
