Justin Stivers
I was born in Florida but raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. After graduating from Appalachian State University, I served three years in the United States Peace Corps, living in a rural coffee farming community in Honduras.
Following my service, I earned my law degree from the University of Miami and spent 15 years in Miami, where I built and eventually sold a successful estate planning law firm. I then returned to Knoxville to join my father in the financial services industry.
Today, I specialize in settlement planning for plaintiffs and their attorneys—helping design structured settlement solutions and financial plans for those receiving personal injury settlements and verdicts. As a former attorney, I understand the legal and emotional complexities involved and aim to make the financial side as smooth and secure as possible.
I’d love your support—please subscribe to the channel for insights on structured settlements, financial planning, and more.
