MONSIEUR ÉGALISEUR

🎹 Dark Synth Soundtracks from a past future that never happened.

Originally coming from Basseville — a forgotten place in a foggy nowhere and where the static quieter than silence — Marcel-Patrick Égaliseur was born in zodiac Aquarius as son of a radio repairman and a singer of a New Wave Band.

He began shaping dark synth tracks in the late 80s, which he could never complete — unfortunely — because a fate struck hard in the mid-90s and silenced his machines overnight.

For 30 years those unfinished demos slept on dusty DAT tapes. Now he resurrects them, sculpting lost fragments into new cinematic dark electro works — assisted by guest vocalists who lend breath to his ghosts.

Melancholic. Precise. Ironically alive. For fans of Depeche Mode, darkwave, synthpop & retro-futuristic despair.

And Égaliseur? It's French for equalizer. He never speaks of it as a tool, but rather as a credo, because: "Balance is justice in the space between the speakers."
