I wanted to document my journey of beginning my homestead while showing the true ins and outs, the troubles, and the fun that can be had. Most of our family struggles with health, ranging from plain allergies to fairly severe issues, turning back to the organics and nitty gritty of farming to help ease the stress (and add some more) of what’s ACTUALLY on our plates.
