I'm Rasika. From the beautiful island of Sri Lanka. I have been living in Milan for the past 20 years. I'm a trained chef in a local culinary school in Milan (CAPAC Politecnico del Commercio e del Turismo). I love cooking and trying new dishes. During my travels, I have witnessed first hand how popular and expensive Italian cuisines become outside Italy. This is my humble attempt to share my knowledge and experience with my fellow Sri Lankans. So we can enjoy a healthy, delicious, and home cooked Italian meal together..
