OG Fitness is all about Fitness for Martial Arts — especially for martial artists over 35 who want to stay strong, explosive, and injury-free. Younger fighters, you’ll benefit too (you just haven’t collected the scars yet 😎).

I’m a 46-year-old Judo Black Belt, BJJ Blue Belt, and lifelong martial artist. I’ve won provincial and national Judo championships, stepped into the MMA cage, and I’m still pushing my limits while rehabbing a lifetime of battle injuries.
