Jeffrey Ryan
Hiking, history, and storytelling are my passions. My research and hiking exploits are both fueled by a desire to see what's around the next bend. In 2024, I realized a childhood dream by moving to the woods of western Maine and into a post-and-beam cabin surrounded by nature. It is home to my podcast series "Tales from the Cabin", where I share stories of inspiring explorations and journeys (both past and present), America's conservation giants, and the benefits of being in nature.
