WikiHouse
Simple, beautiful, zero-carbon building, for everyone.
In 2020 we started developing and testing a new version of the WikiHouse building system and we called it WikiHouse Skylark.
Released in February 2022, Skylark represents a huge leap forward from previous WikiHouse versions. It is made up of interlocking timber blocks that are digitally fabricated to millimetre precision, and then fit together perfectly.
Strong, durable and straightforward to use, Skylark structures can be assembled by anyone, with minimal equipment or skill. And the best part? It's all open source.
Our mission is to put the tools and knowledge to build beautiful, zero-carbon buildings into the hands of every community and small business.
