More Than Electronics
Electronics is still a very enjoyable hobby even after more than 40 years working in the electronics and communications fields.
One of the main goals of the channel is to show that a lot of interesting and fun things can be done with a minimal amount of equipment and components. Not everyone has ready access to the large parts suppliers or a room full of test equipment.
The art of engineering is making what you need with what you have.
The "More" in the channel name? That's when we do some experiments and electronics is used for measurement or logging.
Basic and intermediate concepts - Ohm's law - impedance - resonance - thermal considerations
Passive components - resistors - capacitors - inductors
Active components - transistors - integrated circuits - tubes/valves - thyristors
Micro-controllers - Arduino - ESP32 - Raspberry Pi
Real world interfacing - sensors - displays - stepper motors
Test equipment and tools - get the most out of what you have - make your own instruments
