dwselfdefense
I teach basic self-defense for beginners. I focus on strategies and techniques that are practical for real-world situations, and that most people can execute, given a little bit of practice. I don't claim to have invented any of these moves. Instead, I share the most useful moves that I've learned from Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Judo, Boxing and BJJ. I believe than an essential part of any self-defense program is learning how to be aware of potential dangers, avoiding them when possible, and arming yourself with some form of appropriate self-defense product when necessary.
