For Plants Sake

My journey into plant based life began 3 years ago, in the throes of menopause and while clinically labeled obese.
At 53 years old, I really couldn’t figure out how I even got to this point in life.

But fate smiled upon me and I happen to catch chef AJ‘s show when she was interviewing, Dr. John McDougall. I watched, listened and continued to read everything I could get my hands on after learning that you can naturally reverse so many chronic conditions, including rosacea by adopting a whole food, plant base diet and lifestyle.

Originally, I committed to doing this for a week.

Fast-forward three years later I have lost 70 lbs, have clear skin, and lifted hot flashes, night sweats and brain fog.

My entire family has joined in on the fun and with my encouragement and sharing the science, they have all adopted a Whole Foods plant based diet.

Now I want to share with everyone what I've learned that has helped me lose 70 pounds and improved my overall health.
