I’ve been on YouTube since 2006, though I uploaded my first video in 2007. It was a tribute video for the UK band After the Fire, featuring their 1980s pop hit “Der Kommissar,” which gathered over 65,000 views—pretty big for back then! I even connected with Peter “Memory” Banks, the band’s keyboardist, on MySpace, and he loved it so much that he shared it with the rest of the band.
