幼くてかわいいミニチュアホース(Miniature horse)とファラベラ(Falabella)という馬の仔馬２頭をペットとして住宅地内の自宅にて飼う日々の記録です。
ミニチュアホースは、とてもおとなしいペットで犬のように散歩したりもできます。
その際に...ポニー(Pony)ですか？と尋ねられますが実際、ポニーとは別の種のミニチュアホースという種に分類されます。
ミニチュアホースはポニーとは大きさが異なりミニホース(Mini horse)とも呼ばれ、とても小さいながら、数少ない世界でも希少な馬です。
とはいえ、ポニーと異なるのは体高の部分だけらしく、ミニチュアホースはポニーよりも小さい馬とイメージしてもらえれば良いかと思います。
ミニチュアホースのありのままの日常を感じてほしくて、ミニチュアホースの普段の姿を最優先にし、小細工せずに仲の良い2頭のミニチュアホースの生活を記録しています。
ミニチュアホースは猫や犬のようにペットとしても、飼育に手がかからず、とても癒されるかわいい動物です。
ミニチュアホースやファラベラに興味がある方や、ミニチュアホースを飼う希望がある方々の参考になれば幸いです。
ペット馬としてもかわいいミニチュアホースの存在をみんなにシェアしていただけたら嬉しく思います。
