Positive Splitz
Started running in 2017 to balance my mental health and burn some pizza and beer off.
You could say it was a midlife crisis, I was aged 46 and entered a 100km race before I had even started any training.
Now 6 years later I have a number of Ultra races behind me and really enjoy running all distances.
I have recently started my coaching journey so hope to share things I learn as I go.
