I am a speaker, thinker, writer, and facilitator. I attempt to respond to the profound conflicts endangering humanity by sharing an applied form of transformative dialogue to meditate the split between any opposing forces. In person, I share an open-sourced ecology of practices for inspiration, healing, and connection, in a retreat format which includes breathwork, Circling and Authentic Relating, bodywork, psychedelic facilitation with multisensory immersion, meditation, applied philosophy, soul work, embodiment, improvisation, and cocreative problem solving. I am a long time student of many of the thought leaders of our time, and have distilled their teachings into a practicum designed to deepen our experience of living and develop and safeguard sustainable community anywhere on earth.
