Samuele Telari

'His musicianship is so big, so irrepressible, that he transcends the instrument that he’s playing’ (BBC Record Review). In 2019 Samuele was a prize-winner at the YCAT International Auditions held in London. Highlights of this season includes debut with Haydn Orchestra, conducted by Kent Nagano performing Sieben Worte by Gubajdulina, recitals at MITO Festival, Cheltenham Festival.
Over the last year Samuele has given recitals at Snape Maltings, Wigmore Hall, the Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Verbier Festival, Divertimento Ensemble Rondò.
His CDs have been reviewed on Il Sole 24 Ore, la Repubblica, Giornale della Musica, Suonare News, BBC Radio 3, Review in Tune, Record Record, Gramophone Magazine, The Scotsman among others.
Awards include 1st Prizes at the 2018 Arassate-Hiria (Spain),2013 Castelfidardo (Italy) Competitions, 2016 Premio Abbado, 2017 Premio Valentino Bucchi among the others.
He's currently Accordion professor at Conservatory "D.Cimarosa" in Avellino.
