Middle Housing Design Co is dedicated to filling the gap in housing development. We desire to provide creative solutions to infill development for Houston and it’s surrounding areas. Our firm was founded in 2019 by the Owner, Garland Harris Jr.
Garland Harris Jr. is a Real Estate Developer and Residential Designer. He is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Community Development. He has more than 10 years’ experience in the architecture and construction industry where he has designed and built townhouses, as well as single and multi-family housing specializing in Urban Development. His team is currently developing and building multi-family properties throughout Houston.
