About this channel: Easy-to-understand videos to help adults learn real English that they can use in their daily lives. Most videos are 3-8 minutes long, but I also have lots of YouTube Shorts as well as a podcast with episodes that are about 45 minutes long.
About me: I'm from the US, and I currently live in the US (Maryland), but I lived in Thailand from 2012 to 2022. Between 2013 and 2021, I taught approximately 12,000 to 15,000 hours of real in-classroom lessons with adult learners. I have taught hundreds of students from all around the world, including homemakers, engineers, lawyers, chefs, doctors, housekeepers, accountants, university students, front office staff, and business executives. I have also worked full time as a teacher and trainer in a five-star hotel and as a communication coach for Japanese business professionals. I love fitness, dogs, cooking, gardening, and learning about other languages and cultures.
