Hello, I am Claudia, in 02/2019 I was diagnosed with a very agressive type of breast cancer, I had 6 months of chemo, surgery to remove part of my breast, the lymph nodes under my arm, and 33 sessions of radiotherapy.
Yoga is a great part of my life and it was essential to help me to cope with my treatment. Also It is helping me to recover and to get my life back. It gives me peace, mental and physical strength. It gives me awareness.
With this channel I want to be able to share my passion with you. Maybe it will help you as it helps me. I hope so. I have been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for more than 15 years now and I am very grateful for this practice. The last 5 years I have been teaching Yoga and this experience has changed my life.
I love being in the nature, climbing, hiking, biking, I used to be a MTB racer, now I ride just for fun!
I was born I Brazil, lived in Sweden, Japan and now I live in France.
