The Old Shop
Close to the North Norfolk coast, between the sea and the heath, lies the old village shop which is my home. I'm Imogen Ashwin (MA fine art), an artist and archaeologist walking in the footsteps of the ancestors here in the Land of the Iceni. I'm passionate about prehistory and the early Anglo-Saxons, magic, folklore, herbs, stars, the sea and dancing. Possibly all at the same time. Follow my journey as I weave stories around my passions and turn the once unloved cottage and its garden into a place where slow, sustainable art and life blend seamlessly.
