Namaskar! Hello and welcome to my channel. My name is Nick and I am a full time Yoga instructor. Through the Yoga practice I have gained so many valuable tools for self care and developed a deeper understanding of myself, so it is my hope that the practice can offer you the same and much more. I will be working to post more videos in the future; ranging from asana classes, guided mediation, pranayama and various other yogic techniques!
