I'm a entrepreneur, career marketer; hospitality, healthcare and nonprofit industry veteran turned real estate investor. After first working in temporary corporate housing in the late '90's while in grad school, I worked in other industries for years, then returned to temporary housing in 2022. My portfolio includes and has included traditional rental properties, short term vacation rentals and mid term rentals, including properties that I arbitrage and one that I arbitraged to another operator, before selling it Subject To to another member of the Creative Finance community. Today, my focus is on mid-term rentals and corporate housing, with consistent demand from relocation management companies, insurance, construction and government verticals. I often source arbitrage properties from real estate investors I know and network with in order to strategically scale my core and new set up inventory.
