To share something, you must have it to begin with. The 'Bright Light' here is Jesus Christ. As His disciples, we reflect His light similar to how the moon reflects the radiant light of the sun. Sharing Bright Light is sharing the life, love, and truth of Jesus Christ that is in you. That is, if you have received Him as your own personal Savior from your sin and it's punishment, have made Him Lord/Master of your life, and have your OWN personal relationship with Him.
