Leader Language Schools were born in 1998 (Originally as Penn American Language School) in Changhua, Taiwan. We operate as supplemental language institutes as licensed by the Changhua County Government. We also offer an after-school tutoring center. Leader students have a high rate of passing multiple levels of the General English Proficiency Test (GEPT), typically place well in English speech contests, and excel in the English portion of the Joint-College Entrance Exam in Taiwan.
