I am a Movement Therapist & Hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) Specialist, Author of Hypermobility Without Tears and Pilates Without Tears, and speaker for The Ehlers-Danlos Society and other EDS charities.

THESE CLASSES ARE MODIFIED FOR HYPERMOBILITY.
However, do check with your medical practitioner first if you decide to try any of the exercises - especially if you haven't exercised in a while, are pregnant, if you have a balance disorder, are new to exercise or have an ongoing medical condition, that may affect your ability to exercise.
